El presente proyecto de grado está basado en la pasantía, realizada en la empresa L Y R SOLUCIONES EN INGENIERIA S.A.S; la cual tiene como objetivo, Construcción Multiparque Sector El Bosque de Paipa-Boyacá, aplicando los conocimientos adquiridos en la formación académica como ingeniero civil en las diferentes actividades asignadas por la empresa. Durante las seiscientas (600) horas realizadas en la empresa se aplican los diferentes conceptos de ingeniería, lo cual contribuye al enriquecimiento formativo del autor del presente trabajo. Complementariamente se interactuó con el personal que realizaba diferentes actividades en la obra, lo que permitió mejorar la comunicación interpersonal, la interacción con diferentes profesionales y tener un encuentro directo con el manejo de personal.
Se realiza el seguimiento a la construcción del Multiparque ejecutado dentro del casco urbano de Paipa. También, se apoyaron actividades de oficina encomendadas por el contratista, basándose en los conocimientos adquiridos, lo cual contribuye al enriquecimiento de conocimientos prácticos y en donde se logra colocar a disposición los conocimientos adquiridos durante la etapa de formación académica al servicio de la empresa y la comunidad Paipana.
Al momento de culminar la pasantía, se puede concluir que la realización de la práctica profesional ejecutada por el autor es muy importante debido a que es una valiosa oportunidad de aportar criterio como ingeniero civil y su aplicación en un contexto en donde se pueden ver de manera directa el impacto que tiene la carrera profesional en el bienestar de la sociedad en general.
Abstract
The present degree project is based on the internship, developed in the L Y R SOLUCIONES EN INGENIERIA S.A.S company, which has as main objective, Multipak construction in the El Bosque sector (Paipa-Boyacá,) applying the knowledge acquired during the academic course as civil engineer within the different activities assigned by the company.During the six hundred hours (600) in the company, the differents engineering concepts were applied, with contributes to the educational enrichment of the author of this document. In addition, there was a constant communication with all the staff who is carrying out different specialization within the company, which allowed to improve interpersonal communicative skills, interaction with different professionals, and to have a direct encounter with the management of personnel.
The daily labour which is performed is to achieve the monitorization of the Multipark construction within the town of Paipa and support for office activities ordered by the contractor. Based on the acquired knowledge in the civil engineering course of Santo Tomas, there was the opportunity to put into practice the already mentioned knowledge for the personally know-how enrichment. This forward leap, was with main aim to help as best as possible LYR SOLUCIONES EN INGENIERIA company and consequently, to be at a constant service of the Paipana community.
To conclude with a retrospective vision, it was a chance to put into practice the whole studies as much as the personal and professional skills. This performance provide to analyze real and complex cases involving real consequences and thinked resolutions. All of the knowledge acquired completed by this experience provide a great criteria within the civil engineering sector. Applying the learned theory and providing a young vision and motivation of any task, this valuable internship supplied a great improvement for the realization of a project always focused on the well-being of the society.
