| dc.description | Compensar es una organización colombiana sin fines de lucro dedicada a brindar una cobertura integral de seguridad social, que a lo largo de los años se ha caracterizado por la consolidación de sus metas en la productividad empresarial mediante la transferencia de conocimiento y la aplicación de herramientas, que permiten a los aliados contribuir en la sostenibilidad ambiental y fortalecer la cadena de valor. Por esta razón, en el año 2011, se creó un programa como iniciativa para promover la responsabilidad ambiental dentro y fuera de la organización, permitiendo lograr impactos ambientales positivos, así como económicos y sociales. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, en el presente documento de pasantía se presentan las actividades de apoyo en el programa “Con la Cabeza en la Tierra” del área de Sostenibilidad, dentro de las cuales se desarrolló un control y seguimiento en el funcionamiento del sistema de compostaje autónomo ubicado en las sedes 220 y Cajicá, donde se establecieron indicadores de desempeño que permitieron evaluar su funcionamiento, además, se elaboró un formato para el registro de residuos orgánicos y se diseñó una guía técnica de compostaje. Así mismo, se realizó la actualización del Plan Integral de Movilidad Sostenible (PIMS), en el cual se establecieron estrategias para su fortalecimiento como impulsar el uso de carro compartido y los medios de transporte público. Finalmente, se desarrollaron estrategias educativas mediante el diseño de contenidos relacionados con fechas ambientales clave, donde se impulsó la adopción de prácticas sostenibles a los colaboradores y proveedores, fortaleciendo la cultura de la sostenibilidad en la organización. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | Compensar is a Colombian nonprofit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive social security coverage. Over the years, it has been characterized by achieving its goals in corporate productivity through knowledge transfer and the application of tools that enable partners to contribute to environmental sustainability and strengthen the value chain. For this reason, in 2011, a program was created as an initiative to promote environmental responsibility both within and outside the organization, allowing for positive environmental, economic, and social impacts. Taking the above into consideration, this internship document presents the support activities in the "With Earth in Mind" program of the Sustainability department. Among these activities, there was control and monitoring of the autonomous composting system located at the 220 and Cajicá branches, where performance indicators were established to evaluate its operation. Additionally, a format for organic waste recording was developed, and a technical composting guide was designed. Furthermore, an update of the Comprehensive Sustainable Mobility Plan (PIMS) was carried out, establishing strategies for its strengthening, such as promoting carpooling and the use of public transportation. Lastly, educational strategies were developed through the design of content related to key environmental dates, encouraging the adoption of sustainable practices among employees and suppliers, thereby enhancing the culture of sustainability within the organization. | spa |
