Este documento es elaborado con el fin de dar a conocer el proceso de aprendizaje durante la práctica empresarial y como esta es de vital importancia para el crecimiento profesional, ya que durante el desarrollo de la misma se tuvo la oportunidad de adquirir conocimientos con respecto al área internacional del banco y cómo esta es una herramienta para potencializar las inversiones en moneda extranjera y así mismo maximizar el margen de utilidades en cuanto a inversiones en el extranjero se refiere. Así mismo se conocerá la importancia de invertir de acuerdo al nivel de riesgo de cada persona y cómo de acuerdo a este, el banco Davivienda a través de diferentes procesos logra diversificar las inversiones de los clientes para que obtengan el mayor grado de satisfacción posible, logrando así superar las expectativas propuestas por la entidad financiera.

Abstract

This document is prepared in order to publicize the learning process during business practice and how it is of vital importance for professional growth, since during the development of the same one had the opportunity to acquire knowledge regarding the area international bank and how this is a tool to maximize investments in foreign currency and also maximize the profit margin as far as investments abroad are concerned. Likewise, the importance of investing will be known according to the level of risk of each person and how according to this, the Davivienda bank through different processes manages to diversify the investments of the clients so that they obtain the highest degree of satisfaction possible, achieving thus exceed the expectations proposed by the financial entity.
