Abstract

LH SAS, is a company of the capital Santandereana that belongs to the health sector with a focus on the orthopedic - surgical line, dedicated to the import, marketing and manufacturing of the products offered based on the satisfaction of the needs of consumers offering standards High quality products, based on the welfare of customers and for better control in the product catalog is divided into two business classes: 1. Home health: orthotics, prostheses, orthopedic footwear, soft orthopedic line, silicones, physiotherapy, medical equipment, hospital implements. 2. Surgery: maxillofacial, hip, spine, knee, hand joint replacements. Taking into account that some of the products are of foreign origin, it is where we are given the opportunity to enter to apply the knowledge acquired during our International Business academic at the university and in the same way to expand them, being our first meeting with the real world and labor that we will face in the future. In the working time with an intern figure I had the opportunity to have contact in the processes of: importation of merchandise from China, Pakistan, Turkey, request for quotation from international suppliers, purchase of foreign exchange, monitoring and clearance of imports, request for Sanitary registration, application and cancellation of money orders for international suppliers. During this stage of complement in my learning to obtain the degree I have fulfilled my expectations established at the beginning of the practice, obtaining as a result a real knowledge of the working world which is lived in the importing and commercializing companies in the national market.
