Esta investigación presenta la síntesis de un composito a partir de un método híbrido de síntesis in situ de agregación de nanopartículas magnéticas al hidrogel de quitosano, al igual que la síntesis de un hidrogel de quitosano-glutaraldehído (HCG) por medio de agitación y gelificación, elaborados a partir del quitosano extraído del exoesqueleto de crustáceos. Se estudiaron los hidrogeles como posibles materiales alternativos en la liberación controlada del ibuprofeno, dicha prueba se elaboró a un pH 7.4 y 2.0, simulando pH del cuerpo humano, donde el HCG presentó mejor comportamiento. En la caracterización de los materiales se emplearon las técnicas analíticas: FTIR, XRD, SEM, TGA y RAMAN.

Abstract

This research presents the synthesis of a composite from a hybrid in situ synthesis method of aggregation of magnetic nanoparticles to the chitosan hydrogel, as well as the synthesis of a chitosan-glutaraldehyde (HCG) hydrogel using agitation and gelation, made from chitosan extracted from the exoskeleton of crustaceans. Hydrogels were studied as possible alternative materials in the controlled release of ibuprofen, this test was carried out at pH 7.4 and 2.0, simulating the pH of the human body, where HCG showed better performance. In the characterization of the materials, the analytical techniques were used: FTIR, XRD, SEM, TGA, and RAMAN.
