La dinámica de cambio en la sociedad actual es tan acelerada que
solo las instituciones que logren adaptarse y comprender estas
transformaciones sobrevivirán. En el caso de las instituciones de educación superior es esencial reconocer sus capacidades y el conocimiento como sus activos más importantes, así como actualizar su función
en la sociedad. Si una organización identifica cuál es su conocimiento particular del mundo, aquello que solo ella puede aportar, esto representará una ventaja potente y sostenible (Hekkert, Suurs, Negro,
Kuhlmann, y Smits, 2007; Urbancova, 2013)
Abstract
The dynamics of change in today's society is so accelerated that
only the institutions that manage to adapt and understand these
transformations will survive. In the case of higher education institutions it is essential to recognize their capacities and knowledge as their most important assets, as well as to update their role
in society. If an organization identifies what is its particular knowledge of the world, what only it can contribute, this will represent a powerful and sustainable advantage (Hekkert, Suurs, Negro,
Kuhlmann, and Smits, 2007; Urbancova, 2013)
