El presente proyecto de grado tiene como finalidad plantear el diseño de un centro cultural haciendo énfasis en la pintura, teniendo en cuenta sus diferentes técnicas y formatos de representación, para el municipio de Málaga en el departamento de Santander, proyectando un equipamiento donde reúne diferentes tipos espacios complementarios destinados al aprendizaje, al entretenimiento, al libre esparcimiento y expresión de la cultura, no solo del municipio sino también de la provincia, otorgando como hito de referencia a nivel nacional, gracias a los talleres, eventos, exposiciones temporales que se realizan dentro de sus instalaciones, así mismo actividades académicas y de mediación de arte, para diversos públicos y sobre diferentes saberes.
Para ello se identificaron las problemáticas y necesidades culturales del lugar, posteriormente se analiza y se recolectan datos cuantitativos y cualitativos, sobre usuarios, además de normas urbanas del lugar. Después se analizaron referentes teóricos y tipológicos de centros culturales para construir el concepto, las características y principios de diseño que otorguen respuesta a las determinantes ambientales, físicas de la zona, utilizando elementos técnicos y constructivos, que dan solución al componente funcional y formal mediante recorridos, espacios de esparcimiento y aprendizaje, construidos con materiales del lugar. La infraestructura permite el sano esparcimiento y aprendizaje del usuario, prestando el servicio a nivel municipal, regional y nacional, lo cual aporta al desarrollo tanto urbano como cultural del municipio
Abstract
The purpose of this degree project is to propose the design of a cultural center with emphasis on painting, taking into account its different techniques and formats of representation, for the municipality of Malaga in the department of Santander, projecting a facility where it brings together different types of complementary spaces for learning, entertainment, free recreation and cultural expression, not only in the municipality but also in the province, entertainment, free recreation and expression of culture, not only in the municipality but also in the province, providing a landmark of reference at national level, thanks to the workshops, events, temporary exhibitions that take place within its facilities, as well as academic activities and art mediation, for different audiences and on different knowledge. For this purpose, the cultural problems and needs of the place were identified, then quantitative and qualitative data on users were analyzed and collected, as well as urban norms of the place. Theoretical and typological references of cultural centers were then analyzed to build the concept, characteristics and design principles that respond to the environmental and physical determinants of the area, using technical and constructive elements that provide solutions to the functional and formal component through paths, recreational and learning spaces, built with local materials. The infrastructure allows for the healthy recreation and learning of the user, providing a service at the municipal, regional and national level, which contributes to the urban and cultural development of the municipality
