El presente documento se entregó como informe de práctica, que tiene como fin evidenciar el trabajo realizado durante las prácticas empresariales en Confipetrol, una empresa dedicada a la operación y mantenimiento de maquinaria petrolera, minera, dedica a la industria, entre otras; donde la función principal fue desempañarme en la parte administrativa y financiera de la empresa con el cargo de EPI administrativa y de esta manera realizar un seguimiento para encontrar posibles deficiencias.
Durante todo el documento se abordarán temas relacionados con la información de la empresa y toda la formación adquirida durante las practicas, además de la experiencia otorgada por la empresa, con el fin de desarrollar un plan de mejora que será descrito.
Se hablará acerca de los objetivos que se plantearon y se lograron realizar a lo largo de las prácticas gracias al conocimiento adquirido no solo en la universidad sino en la empresa y las funciones asignadas, además de un abrebocas a poder entender como ha funcionado la empresa a lo largo de los años y su trayectoria en el mercado, para obtener una mirada interna de Confipetrol y realizar un análisis de la misma.
Por otra parte, se presentan las experiencias vividas durante la práctica profesional, como se llevó a cabo el desarrollo la práctica, el área en la cual se desempeñó y todas las herramientas brindadas para el cumplimiento de las funciones asignadas.
Abstract
This document was delivered as a practice report, which aims to demonstrate the work done during the business practices in Confipetrol, a company dedicated to the operation and maintenance of oil and mining machinery, dedicated to the industry, among others; where the main function was to perform in the administrative and financial part of the company with the position of administrative EPI and in this way to follow up to find possible deficiencies.
Throughout the document will be addressed issues related to the information of the company and all the training acquired during the internship, in addition to the experience granted by the company, in order to develop an improvement plan that will be described.
We will talk about the objectives that were set and achieved throughout the internship thanks to the knowledge acquired not only at the university but also in the company and the assigned functions, as well as a brief introduction to understand how the company has worked over the years and its trajectory in the market, to obtain an internal view of Confipetrol and make an analysis of it.
On the other hand, the experiences lived during the professional practice are presented, as the development of the practice was carried out, the area in which it was performed and all the tools provided for the fulfillment of the assigned functions.
