Resumen
Hay diferentes contextos en los cuales se evidencian las difíciles situaciones por las cuales tienen que atravesar los menores en nuestro país, muchas de ellas surgen al interior de los hogares en los cuales, por múltiples razones, no hay tiempo suficiente para dedicarle a ellos y a todas sus demandas.
Hablar de los procesos de educomunicación y de cambio social, enfocados en el desarrollo de capacidades y habilidades para enfrentar las diferentes situaciones que se pueden dar como consecuencias del abandono, en cualquiera de sus formas, es aportar para que los niños, niñas y adolescentes encuentren mecanismos de fortalecimiento, de lucha y de cambio para poder salir adelante, como sucede en el caso de lo presentado en esta investigación, a partir de la práctica deportiva del fútbol.
Unas de las temáticas que se abordarán en este trabajo de investigación es cómo las prácticas deportivas pueden influenciar al cambio de actitudes violentas que se presentan en una comunidad que diariamente es afectada por bandas criminales que buscan la manera de inducir a los niños y jóvenes a cometer actos delictivos, por aquellas actitudes basadas en valores humanos.
Las prácticas deportivas benefician a la comunidad en general debida al impacto social que genera estas actividades que involucra la participación de los niños y jóvenes de la localidad, puesto que esto evitará el consumo de drogas en el lugar de entrenamiento y actos delictivos que afectan el libre desarrollo.
Por otro lado, se pretende abarcar los diferentes escenarios que pueden tener los menores en las distintas realidades notoriamente existentes en nuestro paìs, que logran desequilibrar la educación igualitaria para todos los menores, con esto se logrà tener un vacío que puede incurrir en la violaciòn o falta de informaciòn y respeto por los derechos y deberes de cualquier ciudadano menor colombiano, a quien no solo se le debe informar, sino tambièn velar por el cumplimiento a cabalidad de ellos; rescatando como vitalmente importantes y no garantizados en este sector de Bogotà (Localidad quinta de Usme), el derecho a la educaciòn, la protecciòn, derecho a una familia, derecho a que se respete su integridad e intimidad, al deporte y disfrutar de un ambiente sano, a no sufrir abusos de ningùn tipo.
Es por esto que mediante el caso tomado y analizado, la Fundación Social y Deportiva Bosconia, se pretende evidenciar esta problemática y de igual manera, rescatar el resultado de un emprendimiento que nace desde la misma comunidad para mitigar los daños sociales que estabàn aumentando por falta de atención de la misma.
El trabajo de investigaciòn se realizó durante 2 años, donde se pudo fortalecer los canales ya propuestos por la fundaciòn y brindando un apoyo en la creaciòn de dichos recursos, de igual manera brindar instrumentos que les pudiera ayudar en un futuro como piezas del quehacer, como fotografías, videos, pàginas de difusiòn que son en la actualidad los medios por donde ellos buscan encontrar patrocinadores para estas pràcticas deportivas que han sido beneficiosas para estos niños que se encuentran en etapa de formaciòn, y que pueden ser exitosos para unos próximos agentes del cambio en pro de la onstrucciòn social.
Abstract
There are different contexts in which the difficult situations that the children have to go through in our country are evident, many of them arise inside the homes in which, for multiple reasons, there is not enough time to dedicate to them and all their demands.
To talk about the processes of education and social change, focused on the development of capacities and abilities to face the different situations that can occur as a consequence of abandonment, in any of its forms, is to contribute so that the children and adolescents find mechanisms of strengthening, of struggle and of change to be able to move forward, as it happens in the case of what is presented in this investigation, from the practice of soccer.
One of the topics that will be addressed in this research work is how sports practices can influence the change of violent attitudes that occur in a community that is daily affected by criminal gangs that seek ways to induce children and youth to commit criminal acts, by those attitudes based on human values.
Sporting practices benefit the community at large due to the social impact of these activities involving local children and youth, as this will prevent drug use at the training site and criminal acts that affect free development.
On the other hand, it is intended to cover the different scenarios that minors may have in the different realities notoriously existing in our country, which manage to unbalance the equal education for all minors, with this we will achieve a vacuum that may incur in the violation or lack of information and respect for the rights and duties of any minor Colombian citizen, to whom not only must be informed, but also ensure the full compliance of them; rescuing as vitally important and not guaranteed in this sector of Bogotà (fifth locality of Usme), the right to education, protection, right to a family, right to have their integrity and privacy respected, to sport and enjoy a healthy environment, not to suffer abuses of any kind.
This is why the Bosconia Social and Sports Foundation, through the case taken and analyzed, intends to highlight this problem and, in the same way, rescue the result of an undertaking that was born from the community itself to mitigate the social damages that were increasing due to the lack of attention from the community.
The research work was carried out during 2 years, where it was possible to strengthen the channels already proposed by the foundation and to offer support in the creation of these resources, as well as to offer instruments that could help them in the future as pieces of the work, like photographs, videos, diffusion pages that are at present the means by which they look for sponsors for these sports practices that have been beneficial for these children who are in formation stage, and that can be successful for some next agents of the change in favor of the social instruction.
