El centro cultural de formación artística para el municipio de Barrancabermeja surge de la necesidad de crear espacios óptimos en materia de equipamientos culturales para el municipio, esto se debe a que nosotros como planificadores de las ciudades y creadores del espacio arquitectónico debemos contemplar las diferentes expresiones del hombre como ser social y proveer a la sociedad de este tipo de espacios en donde beneficie a todos aquellos que quieren hacer parte del desarrollo cultural del municipio.
Por otra parte es evidente desarrollo que ha tenido el municipio en materia económica, el crecimiento de la población especialmente la estudiantil, lo que obliga a las autoridades municipales a detenerse a pensar en la creación y fomento de programas culturales y por consiguiente al desarrollo de la infraestructura necesaria para ello, es por eso de gran importancia poder crear este tipo de zonas que van a ayudar a toda la ciudadanía. El centro cultural deberá satisfacer al municipio en materia cultural permitiendo que la sociedad intercambie ideas, conocimiento, arte, y cultura a través de este; en donde se desarrollen espacios de esparcimiento que ayuden en el proceso de formación artística y a la creatividad de los usuarios, analizar el espacio urbano existente para armonizarlo con el centro cultural y poder generar una integración del espacio público con el proyecto, proyectar el centro cultural en dos plantas para que se haga más eficiente su uso y accesibilidad.
Abstract
The cultural center of artistic training for the municipality of Barrancabermeja arises from the need to create optical spaces in terms of cultural equipment for the municipality, this is due to us as city planners and creators of the architectural space we must contemplate the different expressions of man how to be social and provide society with these types of spaces where all those who want to be part of the cultural development of the municipality benefit.
On the other hand it is evident development that the municipality has had in economic matters, the growth of the population especially the student, which forces the municipal authorities to stop to think about the creation and promotion of cultural programs and for growth to the development of the Infrastructure necessary for this, that is why it is of great importance to be able to create these types of areas that will help all citizens. The cultural center must satisfy the municipality in cultural matters will have the society exchange ideas, knowledge, art and culture through it; where recreational spaces are developed that help in the process of artistic training and creativity of users, analyze the existing urban space to harmonize it with the cultural center and be able to generate an integration of public space with the project, project the cultural center in two floors to make its use and accessibility more efficient.
