DSV/Panalpina S.A es un proveedor suizo de servicios de transporte y logística,
especializado en fletes intercontinentales aéreos y oceánicos, asociado a soluciones de
administración de cadenas de suministro.
Energy & Project solutions, específicamente maneja todos importaciones y exportaciones
manejando clientes y proyectos de carga extra dimensionada del sector minero-energético y
brindo apoyo en la parte operativa.
Se logró identificar en la parte operativa que se pierde mucho tiempo capacitando a los
practicantes y por eso se debe implementar un manual. Este proceso se desarrollará con la
creación de un manual que llevará el paso a paso con un ejemplo muy común de como
ingresar a las plataformas, que documentos pedir al cliente y como se lleva a cabo toda la
operación logística en este sector.
Este manual impactara de forma positiva en el área por la reducción de tiempos que tendrá
y disminución en las capacitaciones al personal nuevo que ingrese al área
Abstract
DSV / Panalpina S.A is a Swiss provider of transport and logistics services,
specialized in air and ocean intercontinental freight, associated with solutions for
supply chain management.
