Energy & Project solutions, specifically handles all imports and exports managing clients and projects of extra dimensioned load of the mining-energy sector and I provide support on the operational side. It was possible to identify in the operational part that a lot of time is wasted training the practitioners and therefore a manual should be implemented. This process will be developed with the creating a manual that will take you step by step with a very common example of how enter the platforms, what documents to ask the client and how all the logistics operation in this sector. This manual will have a positive impact in the area due to the reduction in time it will have and decrease in training for new personnel entering the area
