| dc.description | La implementación de un sistema integrado de gestión permite a las organizaciones tener una mayor eficiencia operativa basada en la obtención de datos, la integración de procesos y el cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente. En este trabajo se presenta el proceso de implementación de un sistema integrado en la empresa HGIO Herramientas de Gestión Integral Organizacional SAS, las normas incluidas son: Norma NTC ISO 9001 versión 2015 y la NTC ISO 45001:2018, la primera referida al Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y el segundo Sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. La implementación se basó en el diagnóstico referido tanto al cumplimento de los requisitos de ambas normas, como de las condiciones de la empresa para viabilizar esta gestión. También se elaboró un análisis de contexto en términos de las fortalezas de la organización, sus debilidades y la identificación de los diferentes riesgos y oportunidades, además de la identificación de las partes interesadas. Un aporte fundamental de este proyecto es el diseño de un conjunto de herramientas de gestión para facilitar los procesos de integración. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | The implementation of an integrated management system allows organizations to achieve greater operational efficiency based on data acquisition, process integration, and compliance with current regulations. This paper presents the implementation process of an integrated system at the company HGIO Organizational Integral Management Tools SAS. The included standards are the NTC ISO 9001:2015 Standard, referring to Quality Management System, and the NTC ISO 45001:2018, which pertains to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The implementation was based on a diagnosis that addressed both the compliance with the requirements of both standards and the company's conditions to enable this management. Additionally, a contextual analysis was conducted in terms of the organization's strengths, weaknesses, the identification of various risks and opportunities, as well as the identification of stakeholders. A fundamental contribution of this project is the design of a set of management tools to facilitate the integration processes. | spa |
