Resumen
Con este trabajo de grado, se busca realizar un estudio de las necesidades culturales, que se presentan en el Municipio de Barichara y lograr que un inmueble perteneciente a la Antigua Fábrica Colombiana de Tabaco, sea declarado y registrado como Bien de Interés Cultural, para su posterior rehabilitación y adecuación, en un espacio apto, para el desarrollo de actividades relacionadas con el ámbito cultural y tecnológico.
Al No contar el Municipio con un lugar adecuado, para el desarrollo de actividades de carácter cultural ampliamente reconocido y en funcionamiento constante, se ha establecido, que las bodegas que antaño fueron utilizadas por la industria tabacalera, son el lugar adecuado para dichas actividades, debido a su tamaño, forma y su ubicación en el casco urbano del Municipio, que lo convertiría en un foco central de la cultura.
Se hará un estudio de tipo interdisciplinar, con el fin de obtener un análisis amplio de las condiciones socio-económicas, geográficas, Políticas culturales, teniendo un énfasis especial en las transformaciones arquitectónicas, por las cuales ha atravesado el Municipio de Barichara en su acontecer histórico, y la forma en la cual estos influyeron para que nuestro objeto de estudio, se encuentre en las condiciones actuales.
Abstract
With this degree work, it is sought to carry out a study of cultural needs, which is presented in the Municipality of Barichara and to obtain a property belonging to the Former Colombian Tobacco Factory, declared and registered as an Asset of Cultural Interest, for its Subsequent rehabilitation and adaptation, in a suitable space, for the development of activities related to the cultural and technological field. By not having the Municipality with a suitable place, for the development of cultural activities, recognized and in constant operation, that the wineries that were used by the tobacco industry, the right place for activities, due to its size, shape and location in the urban area of the municipality, which can become a central focus of culture. To carry out an interdisciplinary study, in order to obtain a broad analysis of the socio-economic, geographical, cultural policies, having a special emphasis on the architectural transformations, through which the Municipality of Barichara has gone through in its historical events, and the way in which these influenced so that our object of study, is in the current conditions.
