La Universidad Santo Tomás da la posibilidad de elegir entre tres opciones de grado para que el estudiante finalice sus estudios profesionales, y de esta forma se complemente de una mejor manera y pueda así finalizar con mayor seguridad en sí mismo y consiente de los conocimientos que se lleva y de las capacidades que adquirió durante el tiempo de estudio; una de estas opciones es la práctica empresarial, en donde una empre está dispuesta a brindar un espacio profesional, para que el estudiante reciba responsabilidades y tareas a desempeñar, simulando un empleo formal en donde el estudiante debe demostrar que tanto aprendió y que tanto puede aportar a la compañía. Este informe mostrara el desarrollo de una serie de actividades otorgadas con el fin crear un profesional integral y de demostrar los resultados alcanzados, y procesos realizados, durante este período dentro de la Empresa Multinacional PANALPINA S.A.

Abstract

The Santo Tomás University gives the possibility to choose between three degree options for the student to finish his / her professional studies, and in this way it complements itself in a better way and can thus end with greater self-confidence and aware of the knowledge that is carries and of the skills acquired during the study time; One of these options is business practice, where an enterprise is willing to provide a professional space, so that the student receives responsibilities and tasks to perform, simulating a formal job where the student must demonstrate how much he learned and how much he can contribute To the company. This report will show the development of a series of activities granted in order to create a comprehensive professional and demonstrate the results achieved, and processes carried out, during this period within the Multinational Company PANALPINA S.A.
