El significado de tener derechos es una interrogante que ha estado presente desde décadas atrás, pero debido a la evolución del hombre en campos de la inteligencia, la voluntad humana y en la resolución de conflictos, hemos podido desechar ese pensamiento del derecho animal, el cual consiste en que solo el más fuerte puede tener derechos, además, los derechos también ayudan al reconocimiento de todos los individuos de la sociedad, porque el derecho tiene como finalidad “dar a cada quien lo suyo”, y permite que las personas realicen actos que por mérito propio no pueden, pero cabe resaltar que este reconocimiento no se le da a todas las acciones que el hombre realiza, sino aquellas que son legitimadas por la ley.
Abstract
The meaning that is given to rights is a question that has been present for decades, but due to the evolution of man in the fields of intelligence, human will and conflict resolution, we have been able to discard that thought of law animal, which consists in the fact that only the strongest can have rights, in addition, rights also help the recognition of all individuals in society, because the purpose of the right is to “give each one his own”, and allows the People carry out acts that they cannot on their own merit, but it should be noted that this recognition is not given to all the actions that man performs, but those that are legitimized by law.
