| dc.description | El significado de tener derechos es una interrogante que ha estado presente desde décadas atrás, pero debido a la evolución del hombre en campos de la inteligencia, la voluntad humana y en la resolución de conflictos, hemos podido desechar ese pensamiento del derecho animal, el cual consiste en que solo el más fuerte puede tener derechos, además, los derechos también ayudan al reconocimiento de todos los individuos de la sociedad, porque el derecho tiene como finalidad “dar a cada quien lo suyo”, y permite que las personas realicen actos que por mérito propio no pueden, pero cabe resaltar que este reconocimiento no se le da a todas las acciones que el hombre realiza, sino aquellas que son legitimadas por la ley. | spa |
