dc.descriptionel presente trabajo tiene como objetivó mostrar que la logística es clave en el funcionamiento de una empresa, no solo para optimizar recursos y mejorar la eficiencia, sino también cuando busca expandirse con nuevas edificaciones. En el ámbito de la construcción, una gestión logística adecuada permite controlar costos, evitar sobrecostos innecesarios y administrar eficientemente los materiales en obra. A través de un control preciso, la empresa puede optimizar tiempos, reducir desperdicios y garantizar una ejecución más ordenada del proyecto. Así, la logística no solo impacta en la rentabilidad, sino también en la calidad y éxito de la expansión empresarial.
dc.description.abstractThis paper aims to show that logistics is essential for a company’s operations, not only to optimize resources and improve efficiency but also when expanding with new constructions. In the construction sector, proper logistics management helps control costs, prevent unnecessary overruns, and efficiently handle materials on-site. Through precise control, the company can optimize schedules, reduce waste, and ensure a more orderly execution of the project. Thus, logistics impacts not only profitability but also the quality and success of business expansion.
