El presente trabajo involucra el desarrollo de las diferentes actividades ejecutadas en la pasantía profesional, como una de las opciones de grado que la facultad de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad Santo Tomás Tunja establece en su manual y ofrece a todos sus estudiantes.
Esta pasantía se realizó en la Secretaría de Infraestructura Pública y Movilidad de la alcaldía del municipio de Tibasosa en el departamento de Boyacá, en la cual se llevaron a cabo algunas actividades como: revisión técnica de los documentos elaborados por el municipio y/o diferentes tipo de entidades dentro del mismo, entre los que se encontraban: seguimiento y control de los trabajos desempeñados por la maquinaria amarilla, determinación de cantidades de obra, revisión de precios unitarios de obras ejecutadas y en proceso, presupuestos de obra, desarrollo de actas e informes de los contratos activos o por culminar por parte de la Secretaría, especificaciones técnicas de construcción de los proyectos a ejecutar, planos y estudios previos. La verificación de estos contratos y labores se consolidó por medio de la supervisión en obra de los proyectos que se revisaron durante el tiempo asignado de pasantía.
Las actividades desempeñados por el pasante de Ingeniería civil, cumplieron en su totalidad con los objetivos propuestos en el convenio interinstitucional entre la Universidad Santo Tomás Tunja y la Alcaldía Municipal de Tibasosa del departamento de Boyacá, teniendo en cuenta que en la evaluación final del desempeño de la pasantía que realizó el supervisor de la entidad al pasante, se evidencia el cumplimiento a cabalidad de los objetivos establecidos desde un inicio entre la Entidad y la Universidad.
Abstract
The present work involves the development of the different activities carried out in the professional internship, as one of the degree options that the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Santo Tomás Tunja University establishes in its manual and offers to all its students.
This internship was carried out at the Ministry of Public Infrastructure and Mobility of the municipality of Tibasosa in the department of Boyacá, in which some activities were carried out such as: technical review of the documents prepared by the municipality and / or different types of entities within it, among which were: monitoring and control of the work carried out by the yellow machinery, determination of work quantities, review of unit prices of works executed and in progress, work budgets, development of minutes and reports of the active contracts or to be completed by the Secretariat, technical specifications for the construction of the projects to be executed, plans and previous studies. The verification of these contracts and tasks was consolidated through on-site supervision of the projects that were reviewed during the assigned internship time.
The activities carried out by the civil engineering intern fully complied with the objectives proposed in the inter-institutional agreement between the Santo Tomás Tunja University and the Tibasosa Municipal Mayor's Office of the department of Boyacá, taking into account that in the final evaluation of the performance of the internship carried out by the supervisor of the entity to the intern, is evidence of full compliance with the objectives established from the beginning between the Entity and the University.
