Abstract

Problem Norgtech S.A., a company dedicated to the production of organic nutrition solutions through nanotechnology, faces challenges in its foreign trade processes, particularly related to logistical delays, dependence on external customs agents, and the correction of labels in exports to markets such as Peru and Venezuela. The objective of the internship was to assess the impact of macroeconomic and microeconomic factors on the company’s operations, identifying risks and opportunities that affect logistical efficiency and the fulfillment of its corporate purpose. The study was developed under a descriptive approach, employing direct observation of processes, document review, and the application of strategic matrices such as pestel, microenvironment, and Ansoff, which allowed for the synthesis of both internal and external contexts. The analysis results showed that the organization combines both low- and high-risk strategies: on one hand, it consolidates current markets with already established products, and on the other, it bets on innovation in nanotechnology and diversification toward the health and human well-being sector. Additionally, the need to optimize exports through the hiring of local customs agents and the strengthening of internal coordination was identified, and the discussion concludes that Norgtech S.A. has the capabilities to respond to current and future environmental changes, provided it continues to strengthen its logistics chain, invest in innovation, and align its processes with regulatory and market requirements, thereby ensuring its long-term competitiveness and sustainability.
