Abstract

In the city of Tunja there are many historical icons as far as patrimonial and historical architecture is concerned that is representative of the country, which is located in the center of the city, where different economic activities of the city are developed; the current infrastructure of this type is that 43% of these constructions of historical value are in total decay affected, on the one hand by the misuse or internal functioning of these, where in constructions where their materiality given to their components and resistance they do not support the weight of a furniture of for example a history file or systems rooms, which destroys and weakens the current infrastructure; Another aspect is the social ignorance about these sites of great cultural importance of the city, since it has come to define that the citizens themselves do not visit and support the use of these constructions, which leads to the abandonment of this infrastructure and with the passage of time and the lack of maintenance of these places deterioration is favored more quickly leaving only buildings of a high cultural and historical level, in total abandonment. Hence, an urban facility is proposed as an "interactive center" where local and international recognition of the importance of these places is encouraged, which will benefit many points in the urban integration of historic buildings, in this way a conservation will be generated. and urban reactivation for the general public, which will provide social cohesion and integration through the existing infrastructure where the cultural diversity that exists in the city will be condensed in a place where the new infrastructure as shopping centers has further reduced the pass of people, hence this interactive center will be projected as a social capacitor for the urban reactivation of the culture.
