El siguiente trabajo dará a conocer la labor hecha en la secretaria de planeación de la Alcaldía Municipal De Tibaná – Boyacá, la cual consistió en la realización de distintas actividades, se inicia con la supervisión de las obras adelantadas por el municipio; el primero de los trabajos fue visitar la casa del adulto mayor en la cual se hicieron adecuaciones y adiciones a sus instalaciones. La labor por mi parte fue revisar los terminados y comparar las cantidades de obra estipuladas con las que se reflejaban en el momento para poder concluir si existían adiciones no concretas en el contrato hecho por parte del contratista externo y la alcaldía.
La segunda labor fue visitar las instalaciones del colegio Gustavo Romero Hernández en el cual se iba a modificar la distribución de un pasadizo que comunicaba con el restaurante del colegio; la siguiente labor por ejecutar fue realizar mediciones de muros con sus respectivas alturas y longitudes, por último se hizo la modificación en el programa AUTOCAD para llegar al diseño requerido por los directivos, todo esto con sus respectivas cantidades de obra y presupuesto.
La tercera actividad fue la constante visita a la urbanización que se va a llevar a cabo en el municipio de Tibaná, la cual es subsidiada por este y por las familias que pasaron el concurso para poder adquirirlas. El trabajo realizado por mi parte fue asistir como cadenero al equipo topográfico ya que se debía hacer una respectiva modificación de los lotes de las viviendas y de las vías a diseñar y ejecutar. El objetivo de la Alcaldía era entregar el predio con las pertinentes excavaciones de las terrazas donde se ubicarían las viviendas con sus niveles diseñados topo-gráficamente y las excavaciones de las vías de acceso y flujo vehicular, de igual forma se debía entregar las vías con base, sub base y alcantarillado.
Otra de las actividades fue la elaboración de distintos tanques que permitieran el almacenamiento para contribuir a los habitantes de la zona rural debido al mal manejo que tienen respecto al acopio de aguas tanto lluvias como sanitarias y la distribución de la misma. Por lo cual se elaboró planos estructurales con sus concernientes cantidades de obra y presupuesto.
Abstract
The next job will know the work done in the secretary of planning of the Municipality of Tibaná – Boyacá, which consisted in the implementation of the various activities, it starts with the supervision of the works conducted by the municipality; the first work was to visit the house of the older adult in which were made adjustments and additions to its facilities. The work by my part was to review the finished and compare the stipulated amounts of work with those reflected at the time in order to be able to conclude whether there were additions do not concrete in the contract made on the part of the external contractor and the mayoralty.
The second work was visit to the installations of Gustavo Romero Hernández School, in which the distribution of a passageway that communicated with the school restaurant was to be modified; the next task to be performed was to make measurements of walls with their respective heights and lengths, finally became the modification in the AutoCAD program to reach the design required by managers, all this with their respective quantities of work and budget.
The third activity was the constant visit to the urbanization that will be carried out in the municipality of Tibaná, which is subsidized by it and by the families that passed the contest to acquire them. The work done by my part was to attend as assistant surveying the survey equipment since it was due to a respective modification of the lots of the homes and tracks to design and execute.
The objective of the mayor was to deliver the property with the pertinent excavations of the terraces where the houses would be located with their topographically designed levels and the excavations of the access roads and vehicular flow, in the same way the roads with base, sub base and sewerage had to be delivered.
Another of the activities was the elaboration of different tanks that allowed the storage to contribute to the inhabitants of the rural zone due to the bad handling that they have with respect to the collection of waters as much rains as sanitary and the distribution of the same one. For which it was elaborated structural plans with their relative quantities of work and budget.
