Resumen
En primer lugar, la importancia de este proyecto radica en la elaboración de un centro cultural ubicado en la ciudad de Valledupar, Cesar. Cabe destacar que esta es reconocida por la música vallenata, sus actos culturales, lugares históricos, su diversidad étnica y plural. Debido a que, en la localidad no hay un equipamiento cultural que proporcione una identidad a dicha cultura, es por esto que se aborda dicho planteamiento. Busca ofrecerle al usuario una experiencia diferente y confortable, donde se pueda identificar y reconocer la significancia de esta región del país. Asimismo, se implementarían materiales pedagógicos y jornadas de aprendizaje tales como exposiciones de arte, danza y talleres.
Por esta razón, se incentiva a la población a conocer más sobre el encanto de la capital del Cesar, con esto se estaría ayudando a preservar la cultura y música vallenata por su historia y desarrollo, en virtud de esto fue declarada patrimonio cultural por la UNESCO. Además, se ha convertido en un elemento emblemático y representativo para la ciudad, es por esto que se pretende mantener la perdurabilidad y no se pierda a través del tiempo reposando en los recuerdos y memoria de cada visitante.
Abstract
First of all, the importance of this project lies in the development of a cultural center located in the city of Valledupar, Cesar. It should be noted that this is recognized for Vallenato music, its cultural events, historical places, its ethnic and plural diversity. Due to the fact that, in the locality there is no cultural facility that provides an identity to said culture, it is for this reason that this approach is addressed. It seeks to offer the user a different and comfortable experience, where the significance of this region of the country can be identified and recognized. Likewise, pedagogical materials and learning days such as art exhibitions, dance and workshops would be implemented.
For this reason, the population is encouraged to learn more about the charm of the capital of Cesar, with this it would be helping to preserve the Vallenato culture and music for its history and development, by virtue of this it was declared a cultural heritage by UNESCO. In addition, it has become an emblematic and representative element for the city, which is why it is intended to maintain its durability and not be lost over time, resting in the memories and memory of each visitor.
