Resumen
El presente trabajo es un compilado referente a la manera en la que se realizó la pasantía en aspectos relacionados con la planeación y ejecución para la pavimentar la malla vial urbana del municipio de Tunja, con el fin de lograr una movilidad más eficaz y segura para los ciudadanos, teniendo en cuenta todas las normas aplicables tanto para realizar este proceso de pavimentación de vías como en el ámbito del tránsito vehicular y peatonal.
Teniendo en cuenta que en el municipio de Tunja (Boyacá), la parte de malla vial urbana se ha visto afectada en los últimos años como consecuencia del aumento del tráfico y movilidad de maquinaria o vehículo de tipo pesado, infraestructura que no ha sido intervenida hace aproximadamente 20 años, en ejercicio de sus actividades por parte de la Secretaría de Infraestructura se planeó y se realizaron varios proyectos, con los cuales se pretendía el mejoramiento de tramos viales en diferentes sectores de la ciudad; tanto en pavimentación con asfalto, como en pavimentación con concreto en 57 sectores viales de la capital. Esto se llevó a cabo con el fin de satisfacer las necesidades de los usuarios del municipio y de esta manera contribuir en evitar accidentes que pueden ocurrir por falla en las vías de Tunja.
Participar en este proyecto me permitió apoyar y fortalecer los conocimientos especialmente en lo que respecta a la recuperación vial en los tramos de la ciudad, los resultados obtenidos de la pavimentación de la malla vial, permiten una recuperación de las vías de la ciudad de Tunja, en donde se llegó a un balance positivo para el municipio.
Abstract
This work is a compilation of the way in witch the planning and execution of the paving of the urban road network of the municipality of Tunja was carried out, in order to achieve a more efficient and safe mobility for citizens, taking into account all the regulations both to carry out this process of paving roads and in the field of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
Taking into account that in the municipality of Tunja (Boyacá), the part of the urban road network has been affected in recent years by the increase in traffic and mobility of machinery or heavy vehicles and that this situation has not been intervened approximately 20 years ago, several projects were planned and carried out where road sections were improved in different sectors of the city; both in asphalt paving, as well as in concrete paving; Exactly in 57 road sectors of the capital. This was carried out in order to meet the needs of the users of the municipality and in this way contribute to avoid accidents that can occur due to failure on the roads of Tunja.
Participating in this project allowed me to support and strengthen knowledge, especially with regard to road recovery in the city's sections. It can also be concluded that the results obtained from the paving of the road network, over time were achieving a recovery of the roads where a positive scope was reached for the municipality.
