De esta manera el documento será elaborado y dirigido hacia el área logística del centro de distribución de la empresa, para que en este momento el encargado de la operación de recibo sea un operador logístico externo de la empresa, aportando a la empresa como mejorar la capacidad de cajas de mercancía que se destinan a recibir diariamente en almacenes (1 - 2- 2- 3- Cava) para atender las sobrecargas diarias, por otro lado dando análisis y ayuda a la mejora de los tiempos, proporcionando una innovación de optimización de espacios dentro del centro de distribución y beneficiando a cada uno de los recursos de la empresa, centrándose principalmente en los productos fuera de stock y dando prioridad a estos para la entrada en los almacenes. Por otro lado, esto beneficia a la empresa y ayuda a optimizar los gatos y tiempos de operación diaria.
Abstract
In this way the document will be elaborated and directed towards the logistics area of the distribution center of the company, so that at this moment the person in charge of the operation of receipt is an external logistics operator of the company, contributing to the company how to improve the capacity of boxes of merchandise which are destined to receive daily in warehouses (1 - 2- 2- 3- Cava) to take care of the daily overloads, on the other hand giving analysis and help to the improvement of the times, providing an innovation of optimization of spaces within the distribution center and benefiting each of the resources of the company, focusing mainly on the out of stock products and giving priority to these for entry to the warehouses. On the other hand, this benefits the company and helps to optimize the cats and daily operation times.
