Inventario de la casa de Don Ujueta de Bisáis

Abstract

The property is located in the center of the city of Santa Marta because of its importance at a national and international level, because it is the first consolidated city in Colombia and the second in its Latin American context, this is a great influence for the indigenous people due to its system mountainous, the city presents a great architectural value and is found with a mixture of Spanish and Colombian architecture, which is carried out on the site due to its climatic conditions totally different from the traditional ones of its thoughts. It is at this point that the interest of carry out the inventory of the Ujueta house, which includes the data on its construction in 1773, and the combination of the Spanish colonial architecture institute and the one that is made at the time of its construction.
