La propuesta de diseño arquitectónico de una vivienda rural para arroceros en la vereda Astilleros en el municipio El Zulia, se estructura a partir de un estudio del referente teórico la arquitectura vernácula en la reinterpretación de técnicas propias según el contexto con materiales contemporáneos, se realiza un análisis del contexto donde se reconoce la topografía, la cultura, el tipo de fauna y flora, con el proceso del cultivo del arroz junto con un análisis del tipo de clima, vientos, asoleamiento, donde se reconocen los elementos arquitectónicos como el zócalo, las puertas en madera, las ventanas en madera, las prolongaciones de las cubiertas y los calados, se hace un estudio tipológico de la vivienda cafetera donde lo más importante son las zonas de producción para entender las relaciones entre espacios y poder interpretar la producción arrocera complementándolo con el análisis de la vivienda del municipio El Zulia, se realiza una caracterización del usuario a partir de un grupo familiar tradicional para conocer sus necesidades complementándolo con el proceso que conlleva el cultivo de arroz, con la finalidad de generar una propuesta arquitectónica que integre la arquitectura vernácula adaptándose a las exigencias del contexto por medio estrategias bioclimáticas tomadas de los tipos de vivienda rural donde se hace una articulación de la vivienda y los espacios que demanda el cultivo del arroz de acuerdo con el posible desarrollo del lote.
Abstract
The architectural design proposal for a rural house for rice farmers in the village of Astilleros in the municipality of El Zulia, is structured from a study of the theoretical reference vernacular architecture in the reinterpretation of its own techniques according to the context with contemporary materials, a analysis of the context where the topography, culture, type of fauna and flora are recognized, with the rice cultivation process together with an analysis of the type of climate, winds, sunlight, where the architectural elements such as the plinth, the wooden doors, wooden windows, the extensions of the roofs and the drafts, a typological study of the coffee house is made where the most important thing are the production areas to understand the relationships between spaces and to be able to interpret the rice production complementing it with the analysis of housing in the municipality of El Zulia, a characterization of the user is carried out from a group or traditional family to meet their needs, complementing it with the process that rice cultivation entails, in order to generate an architectural proposal that integrates vernacular architecture adapting to the demands of the context through bioclimatic strategies taken from the types of rural housing where it is found. It makes an articulation of the house and the spaces that rice cultivation demands in accordance with the possible development of the lot.
