Este trabajo consiste en la toma de muestras y ensayos destructivos y no destructivos, tales como detección con ferroscan, toma de muestras con esclerómetro y auscultación de la placa de entre piso para reconocer las propiedades, cantidades y disposición geométrica del acero y el concreto que la conforman. Se realizará un modelo matemático idealizado de la estructura de parqueadero para poder determinar si los elementos estructurales y los materiales que lo conforman cumplen con la norma vigente para Colombia NSR-10, esta evaluación se hará a través de un informe de peritaje y vulnerabilidad sísmica, tomando en cuenta el trabajo realizado por la empresa MRP S.A.S en los documentos “ANEXO 2.3b Registro Fotografico Afectaciones Plataforma y Sotano” y “ANEXO 2.4 - Informe Ing. Eduardo Claros Montenegro”. Estos documentos contienen un informe de patología y toma de laboratorios, ensayos y auscultaciones de la estructura objeto de estudio. El informe de peritaje y vulnerabilidad sísmica contiene la comparación de los datos obtenidos por la empresa MRP S.A.S., la toma de muestras realizada por nosotros INGRUP S.A.S y la información presente en los planos estructurales aportados por la copropiedad. Este informe cotejara esta información para determinar y justificar las determinaciones, conclusiones y decisiones que se tomaran frente al reforzamiento y estabilidad de la construcción. Complementariamente se realiza un estudio de suelos para poder determinar la capacidad portante del suelo y sus propiedades, con esto se podrá determinar el tipo de reforzamiento en la cimentación para la mitigación de asentamientos, Se hace un levantamiento topográfico y señalización de niveletas para hacer un seguimiento y control de asentamientos. Paralelo a esto se realiza medición de deflexiones de vigas y asentamiento de placa de contra piso con un nivel laser
de 360º en su alcance. Se hace un levantamiento arquitectónico para complementar, discretizar y ubicar los estudios realizados. Con todos los estudios y trabajos descritos anteriormente se procederá a calcular y diseñar los reforzamientos debidos al interpretar la información recopilada, junto con esto se proponen las actividades civiles a ejecutar para erradicar y mitigar las patologías presentadas por la estructura. Finalmente se realiza un presupuesto, indicando las actividades y cantidades de obra de los trabajos a realizar, complementando la información con un pliego de condiciones, procesos constructivos y descripción de los materiales a utilizar.
Abstract
This work consists of taking samples and destructive and non-destructive tests, such as detection with ferroscan, taking samples with a sclerometer and auscultation of the interfloor plate to recognize the properties, quantities and geometric arrangement of the steel and concrete that make it up. they make up. An idealized mathematical model of the parking structure will be created to determine whether the structural elements and materials that make it up comply with the current standard for Colombia NSR-10. This evaluation will be done through an expert report and seismic vulnerability. taking into account the work carried out by the company MRP S.A.S in the documents “ANNEX 2.3b Photographic Record of Platform and Basement Affectations” and “ANNEX 2.4 - Report Ing. Eduardo Claros Montenegro”. These documents contain a pathology report and laboratory recording, tests and auscultations of the structure under study. The seismic expertise and vulnerability report contains the comparison of the data obtained by the company MRP S.A.S., the sampling carried out by us INGRUP S.A.S and the information present in the structural plans provided by the co-ownership. This report will compare this information to determine and justify the determinations, conclusions and decisions that will be made regarding the reinforcement and stability of the construction.
Additionally, a soil study is carried out to determine the bearing capacity of the soil and its properties, with this it will be possible to determine the type of reinforcement in the foundation to mitigate settlements. A topographic survey and level markings are carried out to monitor and settlement control. Parallel to this, measurement of beam deflections and settlement of the subfloor plate is carried out with a 360º laser level within its range. An architectural survey is carried out to complement, discretize and locate the studies carried out. With all the studies and work described above, the necessary reinforcements will be calculated and designed by interpreting the information collected. Along with this, the civil activities to be carried out to eradicate and mitigate the pathologies presented by the structure are proposed. Finally, a budget is made, indicating the activities and quantities of work to be carried out, complementing the information with a specification, construction processes and description of the materials to be used.
