dc.descriptionEl objeto principal de este informe es exponer de forma clara y concisa el apoyo realizado por la pasante en la metodología Lean Construction en los proyectos Bellfort Y City Center ubicados en Floridablanca y Bucaramanga, Santander, en el cual se detalla la metodología de planificación de las actividades para las diferentes áreas constructivas, seguimiento de sellos de calidad y la contribución al proyecto Lean Office. En el presente documento se consolida información referente a la empresa en la cual se desempeñó la pasantía empresarial y la forma en la cual la pasante adaptaba las funciones exigidas a los proyectos ya anteriormente mencionados. Finalmente, mediante la aplicación de todas las mejoras y procedimientos en los que se involucran todos los integrantes de la construcción, se logró una mayor fluidez en la obra, evitando perdidas de tiempos y reprocesos, aumentando así el rendimiento y la productividad de la obra.spa
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this report is to clearly and concisely expose the support provided by the intern in the Lean Construction methodology in the Bellfort and City Center projects located in Floridablanca and Bucaramanga, Santander, which details the planning methodology of the activities for the different construction areas, monitoring of quality seals and the contribution to the Lean Office project. This document consolidates information regarding the company in which the business internship was carried out and the way in which the intern adapted the functions required to the previously mentioned projects. Finally, through the application of all the improvements and procedures in which all the members of the construction are involved, a greater fluidity in the work was achieved, avoiding loss of time and reprocessing, thus increasing the performance and productivity of the work.spa
