La depuración de cartera en una empresa es tan importante como mantener un sinfín de actividades realizadas con éxito al final de la semana; ya que esta acción merece tener una constante atención para el mejoramiento de los diferentes procesos de los que estas lograban hacer parte. De esta manera, se propone una herramienta u hoja de ruta que permita realizar dicho proceso con mejor calidad y aplicabilidad en tiempo real.
