| dc.description | El entrenamiento enfocado en la fuerza explosiva es un determinante en el rendimiento de muchos deportes, en el voleibol donde se evidencian periodos de alta intensidad intercalados con periodos de baja intensidad, capacidades como la fuerza, potencia y agilidad se convierten en factores que contribuyen al rendimiento del deportista, potenciando su desempeño en gestos técnicos como son el remate, bloqueo y servicio. El objetivo de esta investigación fue indicar el nivel de explosividad y cambio de dirección en adolescentes voleibolistas de sexo femenino de nivel competitivo y realizar una comparación entre dos categorías de competencia. Las participantes fueron 25 jóvenes jugadoras de voleibol de Wizard Volley Team y Fortín Colombia registradas a la liga de Bogotá D.C; dades 10.45 - 16.87 años. Para el análisis se ejecutó estadística descriptiva, posteriormente se dividió la muestra según categoría de competencia: (n=13) de Infantil (edad:13.55 ± 1.36 años) y (n=12) de menores (edad: 15.74 ± 0.49 años) realizando una comparación entre estas; finalmente se ejecutó una correlación para el total de la muestra. Se obtuvo la altura, peso y masa grasa además se ejecutaron las pruebas de salto en contra movimiento, Lanzamiento de Balón Medicinal, Velocidad de servicio, COD 5-0-5 y T-test por ambos lados. Luego de la comparación por categorías, se encontraron valores significativos (p< 0,01) en variables de porcentaje de masa grasa donde la categoría menor presentaba un incremento a comparación de la categoría infantil, igualmente se evidenciaron diferencias significativas (p< 0,05) en el test de agilidad 5-0-5 derecha. Se encontró un alto nivel de correlación entre LBM y Velocidad de servicio, considerándose este primero como un predictor de dicho gesto técnico, así como también se evidenciaron correlaciones entre las variables correspondientes a CMJ y test de agilidad de distancia corta. Se concluyó que los niveles de explosividad y COD son parecidos entre las categorías a pesar de la edad, y el salto en contra movimiento puede considerarse un predictor para el COD. | spa |
