La empresa NUA Technology está dedicada a ofrecer servicios de tecnologías de la información para dar apoyo a otras empresas que quieran cambiar los procesos a un enfoque tecnológico y mejorar el posicionamiento de estas en el mercado. En la actualidad son muchos los servicios de telecomunicaciones los cuales se han convertido en servicios fundamentales para la vida cotidiana pero también los avances tecnológicos han permitido cambiar las tecnologías que se usaban anteriormente. Ejemplo claro de esto es la telefonía móvil que se ha vuelto parte fundamental para las personas, inclusive yendo más allá con los smartphones donde se hace uso de las redes sociales y aplicaciones que ayudan a mantener en constante comunicación. Durante el tiempo de práctica en esta empresa muchos fueron los conocimientos sobre implementaciones en el sector de telecomunicaciones, pero fue un tema en específico el cual surgió como base para la presentación de este proyecto de grado, el cuál es la implementación de voz sobre IP para la comunicación fija y móvil a nivel empresarial.
Abstract
The company NUA Technology offers information of technology services to support other companies that want to change the processes of a technological approach and improve their positioning in the market. Currently there are many telecommunications services that have become fundamental services of daily life but also technological advances have allowed to change the technologies that were used previously. It is clear, in this case, in the mobile phone that has become a fundamental part for people, including and beyond the smart phones. During the practice time in this company many were the same knowledge about the implementations in the telecommunications sector, but it was also an issue in which emerged as the basis for the presentation of this degree project, the implementation of the voice over IP for fixed and mobile communication at enterprise level.
