Resumen
La pasantía realizada, como opción de grado para optar al título de Ingeniera Civil, se llevó a cabo en la Constructora Mepsat S.A.S. de la ciudad de Duitama, departamento de Boyacá; donde se ejercieron las labores de apoyo técnico y administrativo a la Dependencia de Vivienda, la cual se encuentra a cargo del control y seguimiento de los Proyectos de Vivienda de la Entidad.
Durante el desarrollo de la práctica profesional, se trabajó principalmente en dos proyectos: PROYECTO DE VIVIENDA DE INTERÉS SOCIAL “MULTIFAMILIAR LA FLORESTA” y Convocatoria 038: PROYECTO DE VIVIENDA DE INTERÉS PRIORITARIO PARA AHORRADORES “CONJUNTO RESIDENCIAL RESERVAS DE ALAMEDA”.
Del primero, se atendieron labores relacionadas con todos los trámites que deben hacerse para la solicitud y aprobación de un proyecto de vivienda nueva, ante las entidades competentes, específicamente ante la Oficina de Planeación Municipal y Curaduría Urbana.
Del segundo, se brindó apoyo en la gestión de documentación y requerimientos técnicos, contemplados en el proceso de Certificación de Existencia por parte de Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial FINDETER, designada por el fideicomiso FIDUBOGOTÁ, y encargada de regular y supervisar el cumplimiento de los Términos de Referencia de la convocatoria de proyectos VIPA.
Abstract
The internship done, as a grade option to obtain a degree of Civil Engineer, it was carried through in the construction company Mepsat S.A.S, of the Duitama city, Boyacá department; where it was exercised the technical and administrative support work to the Housing Department, which is in charge of the control and monitoring of the Entity’s Housing Projects.
During the development of the professional practicum, it was worked mainly on two projects: SOCIAL INTEREST HOUSING PROJECT “MULTIFAMILIAR LA FLORESTA” and Call 038: PRIORITY HOUSING PROJECT FOR SAVERS RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX “RESERVAS DE ALAMEDA”.
Of the first one, it was looked after labors related with all the process that must be do it for the request and approval of a new housing project, in the competent entity, namely in the Municipal Planning Bureau and the Municipal Construction License Bureau.
Of the second one, it was provided support in the management of documentation and technical requirements, contemplated in the process of Habitability Certification by The Territorial Development Finance Company FINDETER, designated by the trust FIDUBOGOTÁ, and in charge of regulating and supervising the compliance with the reference terms of the call of VIPA’s projects.
