Pasantia en el instituto para el fomento de la recreacion y el deporte de Sogamoso IRDS en Sogamoso - Boyacá

Abstract

Below I specifically reflect the general content of the internship that I carried out at the institute for the promotion of recreation and sports of Sogamoso, where I practiced my knowledge acquired throughout my theoretical preparation with the Santo Tomas University, Bucaramanga headquarters; I will present key aspects of the internship, the main functions, the benefits for me and how I implement the learning in this process. At the institute I was able to implement the knowledge applied to the activity within the offices of “maintenance and administration of the sports venues of the city of Sogamoso awarded to the IRDS” and the “social inclusion and sport component”, taking as its main objective to support these dependencies within the organization, projection, and planning of the activities at the service of the IRDS, optimizing administrative action. Based on the above, I can affirm that working in these offices highlights the importance of the social component of IRDS, since they contribute significantly to the well-being of the community. On the one hand, they support the adaptation of sports venues, guaranteeing their optimal use and enjoyment by Sogamoseña society. On the other hand, from the social inclusion component, they develop strategies, events and didactic activities aimed at reaching various sectors of the population through sustainable and socially structured initiatives
