La formación docente desde la comunicación asertiva en la metodología de la educación a distancia

Abstract

Highlighting the progress of the University of Santo Tomás in the implementation of technology as a pedagogical strategy and motivated by a sense of belonging to the institution, the aim was to investigate the management, use and service provided by the university's virtual platform. WAY TO ACHIEVE ADEQUATE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN NATIONAL TEACHERS AND STUDENTS, THROUGH THE USE OF THE VIRTUAL PLATFORM AS A TOOL FOR THE TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS AT SANTO TOMÁS CAU MEDELLIN UNIVERSITY? This is because there have been problems related to the lack of clear communication between national teachers and CAU students, the fall of the system, which makes it difficult to present online works or consult information at the time, the delay in the response of national teachers to concerns that have to do with the subjects enrolled in a virtual way, the non-visibility of results or notes of the subjects in the SAC, the work of virtual subjects that could be presecial such as mathematics and ethics. Situations that have led to the demotivation of the students against the use of the platform and therefore before the training process, because they tend to think that they are alone.
