This interest is given from the characterization of the current categories that are proposed in pastoral theology from the church and scientific documents that address the development of this field of knowledge; well as the recognition, students and graduates of the program, the appropriation and application of the categories identified for the development of their professional activities. This research is qualitative, narrative and its focus is the implementation tool is the semi - structured interview. The characteristic values of the methodology of this research are willing to do in the interest of collecting information that may be provided by students and graduates of the program from the central objective of the project. The conditions of equality in education for the deaf are recorded in the General Education Law in resolution 1515 of 2000, 2565 of 2003, addressed to teachers, language models, educational institutions, Secretariats of Education and the Deaf community.
