El grupo de Investigación y Desarrollo de Ingeniería en Nuevas Tecnologías (GIDINT) está compuesto por las áreas de Ingenierías Electrónica, Mecánica y de Sistemas, que tiene como propósito la construcción del conocimiento basado en la materialización de los procesos investigativos, por ello este documento dará a conocer el aporte científico y literario que se viene realizando en los últimos cuatro años, apuntando al desarrollo de competencias para la formulación de proyectos claramente definidos, que permiten fomentar las investigaciones científicas, la innovaciones y la búsqueda de alternativas para la resolución de problemas.
Bajo las guía de docentes investigativos se viene trabajando en el grupo de investigación GIDINT, donde inicialmente se desarrolló el Artículo titulado, Desarrollo de trituradora para Polímeros y materiales blandos, presentando el diseño y construcción de una máquina trituradora de polímeros y materiales blandos, aportando inicialmente en términos literatarios, sobre la importancia de este tipo de maquinaria que permite generar nuevas herramientas para el adecuado tratamiento de materiales blandos y polímeros.
Tras la elaboración de esta investigación se participó como ponente en el Congreso internacional de ingenierías 2019, V congreso internacional de instrumentación control y telecomunicaciones CIICT, II congreso internacional en Diseño, fabricación y nuevos materiales CIDIFAM, Así mismo se participó en la III jornada de investigación i3m, con la ponencia Análisis de acero laminado antes y después de soldado, mediante pruebas de metalografía y macroataque, donde se analizó una lámina de acero a la cual se le aplico soldadura evidenciando el cambio en la estructura del material.
Finalmente se participó en la elaboración del articulo Evaluación del efecto acumulativo de la Temperatura de una junta soldada, donde se estudia la afectación de la temperatura, durante la construcción de una junta soldada de lámina de acero AISI-SAE 1020, conociendo el efecto del calentamiento del acero.
Cada uno de estas participaciones investigativas aporto en términos de literatura al grupo de investigación y a la comunidad académica que se ve beneficiada con la generación de nuevo conocimiento, de igual manera permitió afianzar conocimientos en términos investigativos y contribuir a nuestra formación profesional e interiorizar problemáticas y posibles soluciones aportadas desde la ingeniería Mecánica.
Abstract
The Research and Development of Engineering in New Technologies group (GIDINT) is made up of the areas of Electronic, Mechanical and Systems Engineering, whose purpose is the construction of knowledge based on the materialization of investigative processes, therefore this document will give to know the scientific and literary contribution that has been made in the last four years, aiming at the development of competencies for the formulation of clearly defined projects, which allow promoting scientific research, innovations and the search for alternatives for solving problems.
Under the guidance of research teachers, the GIDINT research group has been working, where the Article entitled, Development of a crusher for Polymers and soft materials was initially developed, presenting the design and construction of a crushing machine for polymers and soft materials, initially providing in literary terms, on the importance of this type of machinery that allows generating new tools for the proper treatment of soft materials and polymers.
After preparing this research, he participated as a speaker in the 2019 International Engineering Congress, V CIICT International Congress of Control and Telecommunications Instrumentation, II CIDIFAM International Congress on Design, Manufacturing and New Materials, and also participated in the III Research Conference i3m, with the presentation Analysis of rolled steel before and after welding, through metallography and macro-attack tests, where a steel sheet to which welding was applied was analyzed, evidencing the change in the structure of the material.
Finally, we participated in the preparation of the article Evaluation of the cumulative effect of the Temperature of a welded joint, where the effect of temperature is studied during the construction of a welded joint made of AISI-SAE 1020 steel sheet, knowing the effect of heating of steel.
Each of these research participations contributed in terms of literature to the research group and the academic community that benefits from the generation of new knowledge, in the same way it allowed to consolidate knowledge in research terms and contribute to our professional training and internalize problems and possible solutions provided by mechanical engineering.
