Teniendo en cuenta las estigmatizaciones y tabúes que existen frente al periodo menstrual o la regla es necesario educar los ciudadanos frente a la importancia que tiene reconocer todas las formas de comunicación que tiene el cuerpo, por ejemplo, a través de los fluidos corporales como la sangre vaginal la cual indica el estado del sistema reproductor femenino. De esta manera, Box of Her genera un importante reto, al tomar caminos que permitan analizar, transformar y proyectar formas edu- comunicativas, que logren darle una dimensión nueva al problema del ocultamiento cuerpo y la repugnancia hacia sus fluidos, en este caso concreto, la menstruación.
Abstract
Taking into account the stigmatizations and taboos that exist regarding the menstrual period or the rule, it is necessary to educate citizens regarding the importance of recognizing all the forms of communication that the body has, for example, through bodily fluids such as blood vaginal which indicates the state of the female reproductive system. In this way, Box of Her creates an important challenge, by taking paths that allow us to analyze, transform and project educational forms of communication, which manage to give a new dimension to the problem of body concealment and disgust towards its fluids, in this specific case, the menstruation.
