¿Qué significa tener derechos?

Abstract

The following work aims to answer the question what it means to have rights, taking into account the concept of rights in general and how to make them effective. But, just as we have rights, they bring with them some duties which must be respected to regulate social relations in a State. The State is in charge of protecting these rights that are conceived for us, the problem that arises is the ignorance of the individual of these rights which he can enforce from his birth. Since the beginning of societies, groups of people have been seen fighting for their rights like slaves thanks to their courage, thus generating a healthy coexistence full of peace and tranquility for all its inhabitants. Although nowadays individuals do not take into account all the rights they possess, it is important to emphasize in them the most important ones without leaving aside many that, due to their nature of connection with them, serve us to defend them.
