Revitalización: sector molino Tundama del municipio de Duitama

Abstract

The project below, arises from an exhaustive investigation of the conditions present to the year 2017 of the sector of the Tundama mill, and the mill itself, of the municipality of Duitama, heritage of the municipality and the department of Boyacá, which strengthens the history of its own industrial character of the flour production and belonging to the twentieth century; Within the research method proposed throughout the project, the deterioration and wastage of the space is evidenced, for which reason it is proposed with the regulations and with the recreational and cultural purposes of the sector, opening it to the general public and strengthening the cultural school of the municipality or Culture, school, modified and adapted to the public and its activities, cultural nature, all the above by means of a project of architectural and urban character, able to identify with the region and its cultural characteristics, promoter of the municipality art and education, and awareness of the importance of history and heritage, returning to the mill its relevance and solving a need already identified in the plan of ordering the municipality.
