Abstract

This project describes the development of the commune 13 of the city of Medellín, where spaces are sought that contribute to social evolution and the reconstruction of the urban and cultural fabric of an area highly vulnerable by violence, obtaining from this a stigmatized, divided and affected; generating a social segregation, in which all the neighborhoods of the commune are integrated.In the first instance, an immediate repair of the place is not sought, nor of its inhabitants, but rather it is intended to generate a series of facilities, services and public spaces that will re-energize the commune, turning it into a node of attraction for the inhabitants of the city. and tourists.

It is desired to generate an environmental axis that ties the neighborhoods of the commune taking into account strategic points of music, singing, dancing, painting, recreation, sport, among others and as a final result a representative and formative building where it helps to solve problems taking into account it counts the educational, entrepreneurial, psychological, sports and cultural training part.

On the other hand, it seeks to highlight the positive of the commune, the artistic, the cultural, the color and to be able to give the community a calm and healthy aspect, this means that the neighborhood will give it new opportunities to see a future beyond, it is wanted intervene in the old eco-park la escombrera, to highlight the environmental and ecological points of the sector. Give it a more pleasant twist and represent the city of Medellín.
