Resumen

Por medio de la metodología del diagnóstico técnico se dará a conocer las diferentes patologías que afectan a la edificación Granja San Jorge, donde actualmente funciona la Institución educativa amina Melendro De Pulecio. El presente proyecto consta de dos partes, recopilación de información bibliográfica, y un diagnóstico de una construcción con el alcance de una investigación preliminar de la de toda la edificación. Durante el desarrollo del estudio se tiene en cuenta toda la información recopilada en la investigación bibliográfica, seguida de un trabajo de campo donde se analiza la fachada en sus tres plantas, se realiza una toma de datos de los diferentes tipos de patología que presenta la estructura con sus formatos correspondientes, acompañada de un registro fotográfico para posterior análisis de los resultados encontrados. A partir de los análisis realizados finalmente se hacen una serie de conclusiones y recomendaciones que ayudaran al paciente con el estado actual del edificio

Abstract

At this moment, the Educational Institution of America works. Melendro De Pulecio. The present project consists of two parts, collection of bibliographic information, and a diagnosis of a construction with the scope of a preliminary investigation of the building. During the development of the study, all the information gathered in the bibliographic research is taken into account, followed by a fieldwork where the façade is analyzed in its three floors, a data collection is made of the different types of pathology that the structure presents. with its corresponding formats, accompanied by a photographic record for subsequent analysis of the results found. From the analyzes finally made a series of conclusions and recommendations that help the patient with the current state of the building
