Resumen
El proyecto pretende aumentar el consumo per cápita de frutas en nuestro país y la región, aprovechando la variedad frutal del país; innovando las formas de comercialización, marketing y comercialización. Se busca representar la variedad de frutas y verduras colombianas, bajo una marca reconocida en la región y reducir el uso de plásticos de un solo uso en la comercialización de frutas y verduras. Fomentar hábitos de alimentación saludables, incluyendo en el proceso a las empresas y todos los agentes económicos del país, así como reducir el desperdicio de frutas y verduras en las centrales mayoristas y cosechas de productores nacionales. Finalmente, aumentar el consumo per cápita de frutas y verduras a nivel Latinoamérica y crear nuevos mercados y categorías comerciales con base en las frutas y verduras.
Abstract
The project aims to increase the per capita consumption of fruits in our country and the region, taking advantage of the country's fruit variety; innovating the ways of commercialization, marketing and commercialization. It seeks to represent the variety of Colombian fruits and vegetables, under a recognized brand in the region and to reduce the use of single-use plastics in the marketing of fruits and vegetables. Promote healthy eating habits, including companies and all economic agents in the country in the process, as well as reducing the waste of fruits and vegetables in the wholesale centrals and harvests of national producers. Finally, increase the per capita consumption of fruits and vegetables in Latin America and create new markets and commercial categories based on fruits and vegetables.
