La pasantía en la compañía ROCA INGENIERÍA Y CONSULTORÍA S.A.S., en el municipio de Santana Boyacá, permitió aportar activamente en el proyecto “CONTRATO DE OBRA PUBLICA No. MS-LP-002-2023” que tiene como objeto “CONSTRUCCIÓN DE VIVIENDA RURAL DISPERSA EN EL MUNICIPIO DE SANTANA-BOYACÁ”, el cual consta de la construcción de diez viviendas rurales dispersas en Santana, Boyacá. Este proyecto tuvo como propósito brindar viviendas dignas a familias con necesidad considerable del municipio de Santana, mejorando su calidad de vida. Las actividades realizadas incluyeron la verificación de cantidades presupuestadas en planos, la revisión de diseños y planos durante el proceso constructivo, la redacción de informes mensuales de obra, cilindros de prueba de concreto y la supervisión y seguimiento de las obras, garantizando el logro de los objetivos implantados.
En cuanto a la metodología empleada, esta se enfoca en realizar un análisis técnico y administrativo en las diferentes etapas que conllevan el proceso constructivo con la intensión de cerciorarse de que cada vivienda tuviera funcionalidad y adaptabilidad de las necesidades de cada beneficiario, quienes ocuparían dicha vivienda. Con respecto a el contenido arquitectónico de cada casa, según lo menciona el contrato en su ficha técnica, las casas se plantearon para tener espacios esenciales como: tres habitaciones, sala-comedor, cocina, baño y cuarto de herramientas, también incorporó un sistema de tratamiento séptico cónico para promover la sostenibilidad.
En conclusión, esta pasantía representó una oportunidad invaluable para aplicar conocimientos técnicos en un proyecto con impacto social, permitiendo desarrollar habilidades en supervisión, control y gestión de obra. Además, contribuyó al cumplimiento de un objetivo fundamental: ofrecer viviendas dignas y sostenibles a familias rurales. La experiencia no solo reforzó competencias profesionales, sino que también destacó la importancia de la ingeniería civil en la transformación y mejora de comunidades, dejando un aporte tangible y significativo en la región de Santana, Boyacá.
Abstract
The internship at the company ROCA INGENIERÍA Y CONSULTORÍA SAS, in the municipality of Santana Boyacá, allowed to actively contribute in the project "PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT No. MS-LP-002-2023" whose object is "CONSTRUCTION OF DISPERSED RURAL HOUSING IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTANA-BOYACÁ", which consists of construction of ten dispersed rural houses in Santana, Boyacá. The purpose of this project was to provide decent housing to families in the region, improving their quality of life. The activities carried out included the verification of budgeted amounts in plans, the review of designs and plans during the construction process, the writing of monthly work reports, concrete test cylinders and the supervision and monitoring of the works, guaranteeing compliance with the established objectives.
Regarding the methodology used, it focuses on carrying out a technical and administrative analysis in the different stages of the construction process with the intention of ensuring that each home had functionality and adaptability to the needs of each beneficiary, who would occupy said home. With respect to the architectural content of each house, as mentioned in the contract in its technical sheet, the houses were designed to have essential spaces such as: three bedrooms, living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry and tool areas, it also incorporated a conical septic treatment system to promote sustainability.
In conclusion, this internship represented an invaluable opportunity to apply technical knowledge in a project with social impact, allowing the development of skills in supervision, control and management of works. In addition, it contributed to the fulfillment of a fundamental objective: to offer decent and sustainable housing to rural families. The experience not only reinforced professional skills, but also highlighted the importance of civil engineering in the transformation and improvement of communities, leaving a tangible and significant contribution in the region of Santana, Boyacá.
