Resumen
La cultura llanera ha marcado las dinámicas regionales de una manera significativa en todos los ámbitos de Yopal, debido a que es un factor de pauta que representa y relaciona todas las dinámicas del territorio, pero no se le ha dado el debido fortalecimiento en el ámbito turístico, como un propulsor del desarrollo a partir de un nuevo enfoque en la economía, ya que la capital cuenta con una gran variedad de servicios e infraestructura para la población visitante. El proyecto se basa en el análisis de las limitaciones y fortalezas de Yopal, justificado con base al plan de desarrollo, dando como resultado un equipamiento que enmarque las expresiones culturales y tradiciones llaneras en espacios de integración y socialización multifuncionales que brinden una mayor influencia en la ciudad y que además ayuden al crecimiento de la ciudad a partir de una infraestructura accesible y que beneficie a toda la población. Con un parque temático (PALMARE) el cual brinde un nuevo desarrollo al sector y la unificación de ser llanero en un espacio que fomente el reconocimiento y aprendizaje de la cultura de una manera didáctica y ambientada a la identidad y evolución tradicional con la unificación de nuevas costumbres y representaciones.
Abstract
The llanera culture has marked the regional dynamics in a significant way in all areas of Yopal, because it is a guiding factor that represents and relates all the dynamics of the territory, but it has not been given due strengthening in the tourism field. , as a driver of development from a new focus on the economy, since the capital has a wide variety of services and infrastructure for the visiting population.
The project is based on the analysis of the limitations and strengths of Yopal, justified based on the development plan, resulting in a facility that frames the cultural expressions and traditions of the Llanos in multifunctional integration and socialization spaces that provide a greater influence on the city and that also help the growth of the city from an accessible infrastructure that benefits the entire population. With a theme park (PALMARE) which provides a new development to the sector and the unification of being a llanero in a space that promotes the recognition and learning of culture in a didactic way and set to identity and traditional evolution with the unification of new customs and performances.
