Abstract

The objective of this work is to design an architectural urban project based on the Partial Plan referred to the three Tutelar Hills of Duitama, which allows generating solutions to environmental problems, lack of infrastructure and social exclusion that affect the area. It is about a rehabilitation in the three hills that can regenerate and preserve the lands that are currently at risk and that, in turn; It may involve a relocation of the families and homes that are established there. On the other hand; the implementation of new public spaces that allow a renewal and a new socially useful use of the land. The project recognizes the preexistence of natural, social and urban conditions, which are currently developing in the area. It is applied in the city of Duitama, and it is planned to be carried out in the center, northeast and northwest of the city, seeking to integrate financial and institutional services in combination with housing, the renovation of the area, commerce and different interests to create a sustainable mix of uses in accordance with the dense and compact city model, promoted by the POT It is about reducing the urban pressure generated by the housing and use of these slopes.
