Resumen
La presente investigación tiene como propósito esbozar un sistema de gestión curricular que favorezca la generación de una cultura de pensamiento multicampus para el enriquecimiento regional.
Se realizó un estudio mediante el cual se expresan las diferentes acciones contenidas en un modelo de gestión curricular, que permitieron favorecer una construcción cultural de pensamiento en las diferentes sedes y seccionales en clave de participación democrática para lograr las sinergias y consensos de los diferentes actores involucrados en función de la acreditación multicampus de la Universidad Santo Tomás. Se concluye que la generación de un pensamiento cultural multicampus para el enriquecimiento regional desde la gestión curricular está relacionada con el mejoramiento educativo, porque involucra todas las prácticas curriculares realizadas en las instituciones educativas y asegura la implementación de una propuesta curricular en coherencia con el Proyecto Educativo Institucional.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to outline a curricular management system that favors the generation of a culture of multicampus thought for regional enrichment.
A study was carried out through which the different actions contained in a curriculum management model are expressed, which allowed promoting a cultural construction of thought in the different headquarters and sections in the key of democratic participation to achieve synergies and consensus of the different actors involved based on the multicampus accreditation of the Santo Tomás University. It is concluded that the generation of a multicampus cultural thought for the regional enrichment from the curricular management is related to the educational improvement, because it involves all the curricular practices carried out in the educational institutions and ensures the implementation of a curricular proposal in coherence with the Educational Project Institutional.
