APOYO TÉCNICO A LA ALCALDÍA MAYOR DE TUNJA EN LA SECRETARÍA DE INFRAESTRUCTURA EN MATERIA DE GESTIÓN DEL RIESGO MUNICIPAL.

Abstract

This document was prepared as part of an internship at the Infrastructure Secretariat in the Disaster Risk Management Office of the Tunja Mayor's Office, providing support to the office. The work focused on technical visits, including the evaluation of applications for tree felling in the Portal de Otoño neighborhood, as well as processing and assisting with documentation for forest harvesting permits. The visits also included the preparation of technical reports derived from the visits. A detailed inspection of the DRM office warehouses was also conducted. A significant achievement was the joint preparation of supplies and their respective quotes, ranging from personal protection supplies to tools. The Tunja Mayor's Office supported the verification of contingency plans for various events, highlighting documentation and monitoring. In 2024, the Tunja Mayor's Office held more than 85 events. Finally, this set of activities contributes to the improvement of risk management processes and the optimization and management of resources in emergency situations.
