Propuesta para la unificación de documentos institucionales: Estrategia clave para optimizar, actualizar y asegurar el sistema de gestión de calidad nacional (SGC) SIAC en línea - USTA Colombia

Abstract

In the present final report, the proposal and the functions carried out by the student during the internship period carried out between September 25, 2018 and March 24, 2019 in the Integral Quality Management Unit of the University (UGICU) of the Santo Tomás University Headquarters, a pioneer department in obtaining the National Multicampus High Quality Certification at the national instance. In correspondence with the aforementioned, the student's activities are framed in the area of Quality Assurance, and its general objective is the preparation of a proposal for unification of institutional documentation at the national instance, which with the recent implementation of the SIAC in line, seek to be able to control, identify and maintain these documents duly updated, optimizing the system, in accordance with the guidelines implied in the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 and the University Quality Policy of the University Santo Tomás. The structure of the report allows demonstrating the methodology developed by the student, presenting itself in the following way: Introduction, problem statement, justification, general objective and specific objectives, impact, company profile, position and functions performed, fulfillment objectives, contributions and recommendations, lessons learned and conclusions.
