Resumen
El presente documento da cuenta de las actividades realizadas durante la práctica profesional tanto en la Secretaria de Planeación del Municipio de Cómbita, como en la Secretaria de Infraestructura del mismo. Dichas actividades estuvieron orientadas a aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos durante el pregrado en ingeniería civil, en primer lugar, era necesario revisar los tramites y aprobación de licencias de construcción, subdivisión, parcelación, urbanización y reconocimiento de edificaciones teniendo en cuenta que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos tanto en el Esquema de Ordenamiento Territorial (EOT - 2018) del municipio como en la normativa nacional vigente. De otro lado, se debía apoyar la supervisión y ejecución de obras públicas llevadas a cabo por la secretaria de infraestructura municipal.
Durante este trabajo social, se ejecutaron cinco actividades principales: (1) Se generaron 33 actos administrativos de solicitudes de licenciamiento, de las cuales 25 fueron de construcción, 7 de subdivisión y 1 de parcelación. (2) Control urbano se realizaron visitas a las diferentes veredas y al casco urbano para verificar que las construcciones que se están ejecutando cuenten con su respectiva licencia. (3 y 4) Se elaboraron informes dirigidos a CORPOBOYACÁ y al DANE, en cuyo contenido se relacionaba el número de licencias otorgadas. (5) Se apoyó en el control y ejecución de la construcción de tres tramos de placa huella en la vereda la concepción parte alta.
Con la realización de este trabajo social se logró un enriquecimiento profesional fortaleciendo habilidades para enfrentar la vida laboral; entendiendo que es de particular relevancia que todas las actividades desarrolladas en el ejercicio de la profesión deben tener un componente social y responder a las necesidades del entorno.
Abstract
This document gives an account of the activities carried out during professional ractice both in the planning secretary of the municipality of Cómbita, as well as in its infrastructure secretary. These activities were oriented to apply the knowledge acquired during the undergraduate degree in civil engineering. In the first place, it was necessary to review the procedures and approval of construction, subdivision, subdivision, urbanization and building licensing licenses taking into account that they comply with the requirements established both in the Territorial Planning Scheme (EOT - 2018) of the municipality and in the current national regulations. On the other hand, the supervision and execution of public works carried out by the municipal infrastructure secretary should be supported.
During this social work, five main activities were carried out; (1) 33 administrative acts of licensing applications were generated, of which 25 were of construction, 7 of subdivision and 1 of subdivision. (2) Urban control visits were made to the different paths and the town center to verify that the constructions that are being executed have their respective license. (3 and 4) Reports were prepared addressed to CORPOBOYACÁ and DANE, whose content related the number of licenses granted. (5) Support for the control and execution of the construction of three sections of footprint plate on the sidewalk is the conception of the upper part.
With the completion of this social work, professional enrichment was achieved by strengthening skills to face working life; understanding that it is of particular relevance that all activities carried out in the exercise of the profession must have a social component and respond to the needs of the environment.
